Catherine Steel was my gt gt grandmother who was born in Northern Ireland in 1828. She married William Robertson in Ballintoy 31 October 1856.
Her daughter was Martha Robertson. Martha travelled to NZ and married David Alexander (also from Co Antrim) in 1887. My paternal grandfather was their first born, Matthew Alexander.
I would love to find out more about Catherine Steel.
